Delivery and packaging
When will I receive my parcel?
All UK orders are dispatched with our Royal Mail Tracked Delivery service will be delivered within 1-2 working days, if you place the order before 4pm on any week day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday morning and with you by Tuesday. All orders are sent in plain packaging, and there is no indication of what is inside the parcel or who sent the parcel to you. During Bank Holidays and other special occasions this may take a little longer, but feel free to contact us to see how much longer this may be.
On occasion it may be necessary to leave your parcel with a neighbour or warden. However, due to the nature of the packaging there is no way that they would be able to tell what the package contains. It will remain at all times completely discreet. Sometimes we may also require a return address on your parcel.
How we deliver
We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in plain packaging. We use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery as our preferred carrier. Their global reputation allows us to provide you with safe and speedy delivery and parcel tracking with delivery attempts made on three consecutive working days, and complete discretion.

Sometimes, depending on your address and what you are buying, there may be a delay in your delivery time, and at times maybe a higher cost will be incurred. However, we will contact you on each occasion to talk you through the delivery options available and the best way to proceed.
The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.
What if I am out when my order arrives?
Your Courier will attempt delivery three times, and if still unsuccessful the third time they will send the parcel back to us. They may at times leave your parcel with the neighbour if they feel this is a more effective option. Remember, if you are not going to be at home you can always arrange for your parcel to be delivered to your work address.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order if you use both Royal Mail and UPS services. Your transaction confirmation email we include your parcel tracking number so you can see its progress at any time. Should you have any queries at any stage then you can contact us and we will be happy to talk you through the delivery process.
What if my order doesn't arrive when I expect?
If your UK delivery is more than 2 working days overdue, please contact us.
